Wedge wire screen panels, also known as wedge wire screen plates, wire wrapped screens, Johnson screen plates, or Johnson screen panels, are constructed with V-shaped profile wires and longitudinal support rods. The unique V-shaped design prevents blockage while ensuring unimpeded water flow.
The consecutive slots provide greater open area, reducing water entry speed. Each intersecting point is fusion welded for sturdy construction and excellent mechanical properties. This design prevents sand from entering the screen under high pressure while allowing slot adjustments based on specific conditions.
